Speaking of chycks you know by now there are places women should and should not be. One of the many places they should not be is the workplace.

Over the years I have had many workplace related conversations where colleagues would voice complaints about someone else in the workplace. Perhaps they rub them slightly the wrong way, but whatever the reason the motivation is the same – they don’t particularly like a certain colleague as an individual. The complaint has nothing to do with the skills or ability level of the other person, it is simply a personality clash.

My response is usually a variation of the following theme: you don’t go to work to make friends. If you do manage to make friends then that is what is known as a bonus play. But the reason you are at work is primarily because of an exchange. You provide your skills, expertise, and time while your employer pays you money. Anything that gets in the way of that exchange is unacceptable. You would find it unacceptable if your employer didn’t pay you the agreed amount at the agreed time. Consider then the reverse of the situation.

Related to this is the equally pertinent and annoying habit of people who delight in bringing their personal problems and issues to the workplace. Everyone has these issues, it is a part of life. But if we all brought them to the workplace then the entire edifice would fall apart. Thus those who do are engaged in an unfair imposition on everyone else.

Certainly men are guilty of everything Adam points to in this passage. But there are also a small (too small (that’s what she said)) number of men who keep their personal life away from work, keep their problems away from work, keep their trauma and drama away from work, and simply do their bloody jobs. There are virtually no women capable of doing this.

Can you imagine for one moment . . . stop and do this . . . close your eyes and image going to work 40 hours a week with . . . Emily Hart.

Women can not stop talking about themselves. Even at work what do women talk about most of the time? Themselves. I work with women currently. I have worked with women in the past. They talk about themselves, and their problems, and their trauma, and their drama, all fucking day.

Okay. I’m exaggerating. Women can stop talking about themselves for short periods of time. The short periods of time in which they are talking about other women for the express purpose of stabbing said other women in the back. Because that’s how women get ahead in the workplace. Stabbing each other in the back and laying on their back.

Yes. I know. You know this one woman who got a promotion at work because she earned and deserved it. You also know ninety-nine women who swim through the workplace doing the backstroke.

I know two women who are quite good at their jobs and whom I enjoy working with. This doesn’t mean all women should have jobs.

I drank a cup of coffee that was good (because it was made by Adam Piggott) but that don’t mean all cups of coffee are good.

Women lack everything needed to get paid money in exchange for creating value for other people. They can’t show up on time. They can’t work more than four hours without stuffing food in their faces. They can’t wear sensible shoes. They can’t get rained on. They can’t drive. They can’t math. They can’t logic. They can’t focus. They can’t problem solve. I mean fuck. When you’ve gone your entire life with your daddy and brothers and boyfriends and orbitals solving every problem you encounter in life from paying your way through college to paying off your credit card debt to paying for your abortions how in the fuck are you going to build up any sort of problem solving skills?

You’re not. Shut the fuck up.

The idea that these fucking women who are so god-fucking-damned helpless that they need all woman clubs to ride bikes, write code or drink beer because they can’t do any of those things if men are in the room are suddenly going to become critical thinking problem solving roundhouse kicking mustang saviour level solution implementers in the workplace is stupid as fuck and an idea that can only be held by a fucking economic retard or someone who has never actually worked with women.

There are three sorts of people who think women should have jobs.

Much as people who have never served in the military should shut up about the military, and especially women in the military – so too should those of you without jobs stifle yourself when it comes to your uninformed opinions of women in other people’s workplace working with other people.

How about you go get a job working with and working for women and you do that job for a few years then you get back to me.

You fucktards who don’t have real jobs working with actual women have this failed logic that goes like this: “I know one woman who is good at her job therefore women should be allowed to have jobs.”

By the way, how do you know she’s good at her job? Does she work for you? Do you work with her? Or did she tell you she’s good at her job?

How about we apply that same logic to . . . Jews.

Speaking of people (I use the term “people” loosely) who should be gassed, how about journalists?

Foster would have been within his rights to make such an announcement 50 years ago, but in today’s #MeToo environment it is a total no-brainer. One of the reasons that the female writers quoted in the article are so upset is because Foster’s move is the workplace version of MGTOW. However, unlike private MGTOW which I consider to be a cop-out and self defeating, workplace MGTOW is an absolute necessity for the modern man. The women are so angry because their only recourse against workplace MGTOW is shame and ridicule. But if the man involved simply does not care what these women think of him then they are effectively powerless.

That’s a place where you want to be.

Another reason that Foster is so smart here is the modern reality that in many cases women are literally overgrown children. Not only can you not reason with them but their behavior includes childlike revenge patterns with no awareness or care of the potential consequences.

Then women entered the workplace and these men who were going their own way to work and doing their jobs for money now had to go their own way yet again. To escape the women. The women who once in the workplace continued to do what women do.

The obvious solution? Women should major in STEM. This birthed The Enlightenment, or the birth of individualism. Where previous thinking had emphasized external order — social, natural, caste, divine — the new way of thinking suggested that society existed as a support for the individual to chase what he decided was important.

Individualism translated into egalitarianism when applied to society because when addressing individuals, one must affirm individualism for each of them, which can only be applied by removing social rules and restraints equally so that each may achieve maximum lack of oversight.

Within politics, individualism immediately branched into two forms:

Leftism. This theory espouses the idea that society must guarantee political, social, sexual, genetic, and even economic equality.

Classical liberalism. A variant of Leftism, this holds that society must refrain from restraining the individual based on too many social ideals and cultural norms.

We know classical liberals because they tend to endorse the free market. Instead of society enforcing realistic principles, they argue, we allow the markets to do so, because they are realistic and will reward the good and punish the bad.

Unfortunately, this quickly becomes overwhelmed when people form Crowds, and those crowds reward others who think the same things, and then they support each other and form a little gang within a society, attempting to control it.

In this way, classical liberalism always leads to Leftism, which is its parent. Both assume that people are equally capable of choice, and that these choices form a society, instead of the obvious which is that these choices divide society into many competing interests.

Unity works; disunity does not.

Individualism posits disunity as a virtue. For unity to exist, there must be some social, natural, or divine order which guides individuals to act as is necessary for civilization; with disunity, civilization acts like a business which facilitates the desires of individuals.

In turn, individuals give civilization their money through taxes, and that and voting comprise the sum total of their efforts to preserve and advance civilization. Not surprisingly, civilizations of this nature turn crass, flighty, and libertine.

These philosophies arise from utilitarianism, or the idea that whatever most people say they think will make them happy is the best option. Utilitarianism rejects hard answers and social order, and replaces it with the ever-changing whims of the populace.

Society transitioned from an order in which individuals fit, to an order which expands to fit all individuals, regardless of quality. This settles on a lowest common denominator consensus, and always expands to be more permissive, less orderly, and more base.

At the root of this was the desire of lower echelon people to believe that they could be higher echelon, which required them to discard the standards of excellence and organic proof of ability which selected the higher echelon.

That in turn gives rise to the idea of linear history, or the notion that society has reached an ultimate state of evolution and will stay in this condition regardless of our actions.

Over time, this process accelerates, to the point where now you can be either a socialist or a libertarian, but not someone who wants social order based on standards and goals like excellence toward which we all aim. Unity is taboo.

If you wonder why modern society opposes nationalism, monarchism, IQ, and other forms of hierarchy so strongly, you can find the answers in the utilitarianism which supports our individualism and hence egalitarianism. We have rejected unity and standards as a model.

Since we are currently two and a half centuries into the final stage of this model, where democracy breaks down all order and gives way to a more authoritarian system, the roots of change are already flourishing. Our job is to push them to extremes as quickly as possible.

OVID, N.Y. — A school resource officer in Seneca County had a romantic relationship with one of the students she was hired to protect, deputies said.

Elisia M. Panipinto, 20, of West Covert Road, Interlaken, was arrested Thursday night by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and charged with official misconduct, police announced Friday in a news release.

She is accused of using her position as an Interlaken police officer to have an inappropriate relationship with an eighth grader, deputies said.

Eighth graders are typically 13 or 14 years old.

Panipinto, then an officer with the Interlaken Police Department, was assigned to serve as as a school resource officer in the South Seneca Central School District at the time of the incident, deputies said. She used her authority as a police officer to have time with the child in the school and develop a “physical, romantic relationship,” deputies said.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the job of a high school resource officer is to develop comprehensive safety plans for schools, work with school administrators, security and staff in providing a safe learning environment.
