Probably so.  If you are a statist (and odds are that you are) then you are a SOPA-idiot.

Since you are a statist you have low intelligence.  I’ll try to stick to small words so you might grasp this concept.

You as a statist believe the government should regulate things.

Banks.  Industry.  Health care.  Marriage.  Morality.  Education.  Roads.  Forests.  Killing brown people in foreign countries with flying robots.  And so very much more.

If only the government had more power and more regulations the BP oil spill wouldn’t have happened.  The housing market wouldn’t have crashed.  The government wouldn’t have had to bail out the banks.

Stop and think about that one for a moment.  If the government – 14 trillion dollar deficit and counting – had been in control of the banks then that same government wouldn’t have had to bail those banks out.  Because the government does such a wonderful job handling money.

You, as a statist, what the government to control and regulate almost every aspect of life.  Why?  I think there are two main reasons.

Many of you think the government cares about you.  You think The Messiah, King Hussein Obama the First and the Second actually knows who you are and cares about you personally.  You think the government is here to help you and that without the compassion of the government our society would collapse into ruin and devastation because only rich which people in Washington D.C. stand between us and chaos.

The other reason you favour government control is that you know that some place in the U.S. someone is experiencing pleasure.  And you hate that.  Your life is empty and void and you have no reason to live.  You are unhappy every moment and hate your existence.  The knowledge that not everyone is as miserable as you is painful – and like a good statist you know that it’s your duty to bring everyone else down to your level.  The government will do that for you.

Now, given that you fit into one (or both) of those categories.  And yes, you do.  You really do.  Trust me.

Given that you fit one of those categories I see no reason for you to oppose SOPA.  If the government can make decisions about health care, which countries to invade, who to kill . . . then what makes you think the government can’t make equally valid decision about what you are allowed to view on the internet?  A government wise and caring and compassionate enough to regulate virtually every aspect of your life from cradle to grave is certainly wise enough to regulate what you see on the internet.

You trust the government to regulate what you read in books in school.  How is this different?

For those of you who want to drag the rest of us down to your level, you should love SOPA.  The more people’s choices are limited and the less freedom they have the more unhappy the smart ones will be.  The stupid people will always have professional sports (the most brilliant combination of religion and corporatism ever) so they will be happy.

Stop your fucking bitching about SOPA.  You want the government to regulate your life and your environment from cradle to grave.  This is just one more regulation, and it’s for your own good.
