Health Care Reform Disinformation

They are terrified. Here is a member of the government putting a video on the internet in which she is telling people that everything on the internet isn’t true.

Linda Douglass is the Communications Director for the Office of Heath Reform and the first thing she does is tell you that they aren’t trying to reform “health”, they are reforming “health insurance”.

One of her jobs is to track all the disinformation. Really? Is this an example of effective government? Is the the War on Disinformation? Does the government not have enough to keep it busy what with a War on Drugs, War on Iraq, War on Airplane Passengers and War on Afghanistan?

Notice how she tries to incriminate the Drudge Report as well. Nice move bitch.

Some people have too much free time and a computer? You didn’t have a problem with people who have free time and computers when they were campaigning for Change and Hope.

List to what Hussein says in the clip she plays. “Here’s a guarantee that I make. If you have insurance that you like then you will be able to keep that insurance.” He can only do this via regulation. What if the insurance you like changes the benefits, raises the cost or goes out of business? Hussein Obama just promised you that your insurance company will continue to provide you insurance that you like. How can he promise you this continued service?

“Nobody is trying to change what works in the system. We are trying to change what doesn’t work in the system.” Who is determining what works and doesn’t work? Odds are it will be the government that gets to make that decision.

“The public plan is an important tool to discipline insurance companies.” No dumb-ass, free markets are an important tool to discipline insurance companies. Government regulations, such as attaching health insurance to employment, have created the problem.

This video which takes clips of Hussein out of context and spins them in favour of “health care reform” shows you just how desperate and scared these people are. “The country has been waiting for decades for action and we are not going to let them down this time.” Oh horse shit. Look in her eyes as she says this line. This woman is a fanatic. “You should see what the President is really saying.” As if the President, any of them, don’t – can’t – lie. As if everything the Messiah says is going to come true.
