Especially the bit about how most people don’t encounter management positions until they are 40 years old and the only management experience they have is telling their children to clean their rooms. If you have any interest in running a business, mentoring the small number of Gen Zers who might be worth a shit, or simply getting things done with groups of people you should listen to this one.

The second thing you should listen to today is the second episode 133 from Common Filth.
