Repeat: Stating The Obvious 0248 – Why The Political Compass Test Is Flawed part 1 of 2
Greetings and happy Monday.
1. Yes, it’s time for a repeat. I slogged through 87 hours of work last week. There was no podcasting time. Only me suppressing my desire to kill stupid people. Because stupid people are a thing.
2. My Amazon Canada affiliate is operational. But Amazon.ca never sent me an email telling me this. You would think at some point Amazon would get their shit together. If you are in Canada you can help The Great One buy more Supergirl swag he doesn’t need by buying things at Amazon.ca you do need.
What can you buy at Amazon.ca that you need? Two things I can think of right away are Enjoy The Decline by Aaron Clary and Pushing Rubber Downhill by Adam Piggott. You many think you don’t need those books but you do. Trust me. You need them more than you know.
Or you can hit those links and buy something else you need. This is Ancapadise. You can do whatever you desire with your Canadian Cuck Bucks.
3. “But Great One, the video link in this post is broken. WTF?” Ah yes. It is. Because that’s what happens when you trust Google. Davis Aurini’s CensorshipTube channel was removed. Stop relying on social media kids. Oh wait . . . no one listens to The Great One. I have no idea what I’m talking about.
4. There may or may not be new podcasts this week. I’m in my busy season. I have no days completely free of gigs until mid December. But the stories I’ll have for you guys. Oh the stories I’m gonna have…
On to the repeat.
Find the Political Compass Test here: http://politicalcompass.org/
I start the test and explain why the questions don’t make any sense and start from the premiss of statism without offering anarcho-capitalist options.
This lack of an-cap options is even funnier – or more pathetic, depending on your take – when I get to the end and find out that “anarchism/libertarianism” is one of the scales it’s suppose to be charting.
Keep listening to the podcast through the closing music and I finish up page 3 of the test after the music.
Here is the video by Davis M.J. Aurini which motivated me to take the test.
