When I was in my twenties I wised up to the potential horror of morning makeup misery, to the extent that I only dated women who didn’t use makeup or who kept it to an absolute minimum. I also had a ‘no foundation’ rule. Foundation is simply another word for acne or smallpox. The Great One is older than 34 and I will not hit on, or even talk to, a woman who looks over 24. I don’t put serious effort into hitting on a woman who looks over 20.

Maybe that’s part of my problem but I don’t hit on old chycks because I’m not attracted to old chycks.

It’s the accusations that a 34 year old Roy Moore had sexual relations and was courting 18 year old women that is really interesting for me. Because, and I want all of you so-called conservatives to listen really closely here, there is nothing wrong with that at all.

Now I know that the MSM has been screaming from the rooftops that this behavior is “creepy” and “disgusting” and, God help us all, an “exploitation of vulnerable women”. But it is nothing of the sort. The average mature 18 year old woman is perfectly capable of having sexual relations and choosing with whom she wants to go to bed. After all, she can go to jail for committing a crime; she can serve in the armed forces and be killed for her troubles; she can start her own business; she can serve on a jury;

she can drive a car, (allegedly).

And let us not forget that on top of all of this she is a strong independent woman

So how exactly does good old Lena Dunham respond when Murray Miller, her friend and executive producer/writer of her television show “Girls”, is accused of rape by actress Aurura Perrineau?

Lena says she believes her producer is innocent, and that his accuser is among the “3%” who lie about rape.

In a statement released by Lena and her co-producer Jenni Konner, the pair said while they are happy about the recent outings of sexual predators in Hollywood, they believe Murray is a “wrong target”:

During the windfall of deeply necessary accusations over the last few months in Hollywood, we have been thrilled to see so many women’s voices heard and dark experiences in this industry justified. It’s a hugely important time of change and, like every feminist in Hollywood and beyond, we celebrate. But during every time of change there are also incidences of the culture, in its enthusiasm and zeal, taking down the wrong targets.

We believe, having worked closely with him for more than half a decade, that this is the case with Murray Miller. While our first instinct is to listen to every woman’s story, our insider knowledge of Murray’s situation makes us confident that sadly this accusation is one of the 3% of assault cases that are misreported every year. It is a true shame to add to that number, as outside of Hollywood women still struggle to be believed. We stand by Murray and this is all we’ll be saying about this issue.
