How many reasons do I need to list regarding why women should not have jobs? I know I’ve lined out what should be enough for any sane person. Since I’m surrounded by insane people here is one more reason for women to stay in the kitchen.

In a nutshell, men are outcome focused while women are process focused. Men just want to get the job done and they will rely on experience and leadership to see them through. Often they will tweak it as they go along, and usually at the end there will be a bit of a debrief where lessons can be learned by how things went.

This is how men operate and this is how men progress and learn. It doesn’t always work out for the best but in military or security situations it is the far superior approach.

Women, on the other hand, are process orientated. They are not so much interested in the result as they are interested in making sure that every box has been ticked along the way.

If that means that the plane blows up because they haven’t finished ticking their boxes then that is just an unfortunate event that couldn’t have been avoided. In their defense they will point to their strict adherence to the appropriate action plan.

Keep in mind that I am talking about the two sexes in general. I have met men who are process orientated like women, and where you usually want them is somewhere in the rear making sure that all of the supplies have been delivered. I have also met women who are outcome focused and they are usually really good in bed.

In other words, the feminization of our workplace exists at all levels. It is a disaster, which would be the case if the workforce was completely masculinized as well. What is needed is a balance between the two approaches. But some workplaces require a heavier slant towards a masculine approach, and the police force is one of those workplaces. Other workplaces require a process driven approach, such as hospitals and libraries which is why nurses and librarians are traditionally women.

We also tend to use “Muslim” as a proxy for those of middle eastern or African races who seem less familiar with the Koran than a familiar litany of racial grievances against whites. Contrary to what the conservatives will tell you, this is not a religious war; it is a race war. The same was true of the Crusades, the Mongol invasions and the conflict with Mexico.

Just as the race riots in LA helped elect Bill Clinton, having Black snipers wandering around America spurred the fearful sheep into electing Barack Obama. Both candidates promised to end racial strife by pacifying minority groups.

These attacks also help the Fox News style idiots who get a chance for their own burst of cleansing hatred, sort of like they exercise thirty minutes a day. Maybe they spend another thirty minutes screaming at a television screen. Once that is done, they stop thinking about it and go back to jobs, hobbies and shopping. Bloated.

If there is a point to all of this, it is that democracy misleads us by symbols. The symbol is the Muslim fanatic hating us; the reality is that every other ethnic group wants to conquer us, and while we are focused on Muslims, a race war is eliminating us while we stumble forward in the stupor of democratic feeling.

Your average conservative is a brain-dead robot zombie who waves the flag, supports the troops, thinks we all need to get closer to Jesus and wants us all to work even harder at our jobs because it is the right thing to do. He is in the grips of conservatism converted into an ideology, so that instead of focusing on the purpose of the activity, he just wants to look good to others because he has engaged in the accepted methods of dealing with it. This is how first-world societies have superstition, and it is more damaging than any primitive religion could ever be.

We are most likely in the midst of a massive evolutionary shift in humanity by which we learn to distrust tools that are not directly applicable to the situation at hand, and tend to shy away from people who cannot tell the difference. Tools must serve a goal or, like power, they become a goal in themselves, and by denial of the actual goal, the group fails.

Group evolution on this basis will likely weed out most of humanity since they like to engage in repetitive tasks without regard for their effectiveness. They just want a place in the social group and to go through the motions in order to get it. But, as the impending collapse of liberal democracy shows us, that is not enough, and it is also fatal to the group.

You may be a Leftist and not know it because your philosophy is an ideology and not a practical way of life. Conservatism, if not converted to an ideology, is something more like a folkway: a way to find a place within the group by doing the right thing. Ideology says everyone gets the same place and no one is forced to do the right thing. Conservatives are seduced by this easy answer all the time.

Most conservatives are secretly Leftists. They believe that all people are equal and should be treated equally in courts, society and school. They think we can indoctrinate people with the “right” answers and make idiots into the equivalent of geniuses. They wave the flag, slap the Bible, and carp on about hard work. But underneath the skin, they are the same enemy that we fight on the Left.

Understand nearly all western nations and societies can be broken down between the good, the bad, and the stupid. Where a small 10% of the population is good. Another small 10% of the population is bad. And though both of these minorities are smart, the remaining 80% of society is stupid.

This makes the battle between good and bad a lopsided one (I’d even say deterministic) in favor of the bad. The bad can easily prey upon the stupid. The bad can easily convince the stupid they’re good. The bad can even get the stupid to attack the good. And with a few mere lies, the bad can more or less have the stupid at their complete disposal.

The good on the other hand have to fight with one hand tied behind their back. The good don’t lie. The good don’t cheat. The good have moral qualms taking advantage of the stupid. Alas the good are not only constantly on the defensive, but outnumbered at times 9 to 1. Worse, the good can never get around to actually doing good, progressing as a society or excelling at life, as the majority of their efforts have to go fighting the bad and vainly trying to convince the stupid they’re not the enemy. And so society wallows in painfully slow and incremental progress, often times regressing because the stupid are so easily duped by the bad.

Take for example democracies. After 3,000 years of war, philosophy, revolution, and blood, western civilization finally evolved to the point we minimized the government and wrestled it under the control of the people. Now, the stupid, over the past 100 years have been convinced by the bad (politicians) that a larger government is a good government, and in these past 100 years have largely undone what our western civilization ancestors so tenaciously fought for the past three millennia.

And then one day I went back to the gym.

The closest gym to my house is a poxy affair whose clientele consists primarily of middle aged trophy wives and old men attempting to stave off the inevitable decline and lifetime of little to no exercise. Which means that I have the majority of the free weights to myself. After all the years of trying and mostly failing I have learned a few lessons that I stick to.

Only use free weights. No Machines.

Lift 3 days a week without fail. Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Squat.

Squat on Monday, Squat on Wednesday, squat on Friday.

There is no squat free day at the gym. Every session begins with the squat. I do the squat first because I know that if it’s a bad day my mental toughness might not last to the end of the session. And you need mental toughness for the squat. 5 sets of 5 reps. Enough weight on the bar that you can’t physically close out the last set of 5.

The first thing you notice is that there is a separation between what people say and what they do. Everything feels like a salesjob at some point, because you meet people who brag about their families, work, and hobbies and then, when you get to know them, you find out that they have made a mountain out of a molehill. Nothing is as cool as it is presented as being.

This leads you to wonder why people so adamantly assert that they are happy and content. You start to see a second layer to society, where underneath the advertising, politics and social talk, there is a vast darkness growing. People lie to make themselves look good, but in doing so, they reveal that things are far from well.

After that you may notice how people spend their time. Their activities are designed for public consumption, or in other words, for other people to look at and think how this activity reflects the perfect life, like a still photo from an advertisement or a scene from a movie.

At that point, you realize that you have been had. This entire civilization is a salesjob, which means that something is being concealed, because every successful sale involves a lower-value object being sold at higher prices.

This gender gap is about six times as large as the racial disparity that Prof. Starr found in another recent paper.” Now some of this sex disparity (like the race disparity) is probably a result of female criminals exhibiting less depravity than male criminals in the commission of legally equivalent crimes. But a bigger reason for the disparity goes to something much deeper in the human psyche: the Fundamental Premise, which explains that female coddling is a natural psychological instinct among both men and women that exists because (most) women are more reproductively valuable than are (most) men.
