Stating The Obvious 0365 – Colorado Election Analysis Episode IV: The Market, Natural Selection and The Application Of A Sufficient Amount Of High Explosives.
No Linkage today.
In this final episode I wrap up my analysis of my voting options here in The People’s Republic of Colorado.
If you are an anarcho-sissy and you think voting is violence I want you to keep that in mind when I put my balls in your mouth. If you push me away when my balls go in your mouth you are committing violence against me.
Vote early. Vote often.
Especially if you are dead.
Vote in self-defence and stop being stupid.
It’s easy to figure out.
- Will it raise taxes? Vote against it.
- Will it create more laws? Vote against it.
- Will it “legalize” something – aka give slaves permission? Vote against it. Permission is not freedom.
Proposition 106
Giving people permission to kill themselves. If they have less than 6 months to live and if they fill out the correct government paperwork.
A conversation between me and a friend of mine who wants permission from the government to kill himself.
Me: If you are too stupid to kill yourself I will shoot you with a deer rifle from 20 feet away.
Him: What if you miss?
Me: It’s 20 feet. I’m not going to miss.
Him: But what if you do miss?
Me: I’ll bring more than one bullet.
This is how stupid people who need permission to kill themselves are. And this is why they should be dead.
The correct answer to to vote against receiving permission to die.
The people who favour Proposition 106 aren’t going to kill themselves any more than women who favour abortion will actually get one. Both would rather be parasites.
Propositions 107 and 108
These will “reform” voting to allow unaffiliated voters greater participation.
Reforming voting is like reforming concentration camps. You can put down some carpet and hang paintings on the walls but gassing Jews is still gassing Jews.
The correct vote would be who gives a fuck.
I’m really not sure what to do with these two.
Ballot Issue 1A
Raise taxes to fund a mental health, detox and substance abuse facility.
Raise $16.5 million so that people who can’t get real jobs can have jobs “helping” mentally broken people.
The writers of this ballot issue assert that “1 in 4 people in Larimer Counter suffers from a mental illness and/or substance use disorder.”
It does not cost money to stop abusing a substance. It cost money for me to drink beer. Not drinking beer does not cost money.
The correct vote would be “no”.
Ballot Issue 200
Raise taxes to pay for “cultural” events which no one is willing to pay money for.
The writers of this ballot issue claim that raising $6.6 million in taxes will result in an additional $70 million of economic activity. This is the same shit used to sell sports stadiums.
“Building the stadium for my privately owned sports team will mean more jobs and income for you idiots who are going to pay the taxes to build my stadium.”
The correct vote would be “no”.
Ballot Issue 2A
Can the city of Fort Collins keep money it’s obligated to refund to the tax payers.
But . . . the children! Who will build the roads!
The correct vote would be “no”.
Ballot Issue 3B
Raise $8 million in taxes per year for public schools.
Public. Fucking. School. Tax.
If I have to explain why you should be voting against public schools you need to get the fuck off my website.
Ballot Issue 3C
Increase the debt of the Poudre School Distric by $375 million to a total of $629 million.
Public. Fucking. School. Debt.
If I have to explain why you should be voting against public schools you need to get the fuck off my website.
Ballot Issue 5F
Can the public library keep money it’s obligated to return to the tax payers and keep collecting tax revenue.
As much as I love the library the correct answer is “no”.
In Ancapadise libraries will have to earn revenue to pay for the services they provide. Netflix makes money on DVDs. Libraries can make money on books. It takes intelligence and it takes work.
This wraps up the election analysis.
Tomorrow I’ll be posting my election predictions which will actually be recorded on Tuesday morning.
