Stating The Obvious 0298 – Scott Adams Writes Two Of The Stupidest Sentences Ever Written.
This is part 2 of a 4 part series.
Do you know why millions of Americans have no healthcare? it’s because of marriage. Marriage creates entities against which you can discriminate. If there were no marriages, all citizens would be equal, and my guess is that healthcare would be universally available. Today, if I can get healthcare for my family, you’re on your own.
Perhaps you believe that in a marriage-free world only the well-off would buy healthcare insurance. But without marriage, there would be enough money for everything you want. Marriage is what is making us poor (compared to my hypothetical alternative of child-raising co-ops.)
These may be the two stupidest sentences ever written.
If there were no marriages, all citizens would be equal, and my guess is that healthcare would be universally available.
So it isn’t the patriarchy which causes inequality. It’s marriage. If marriage is so oppressive why was granting permission to homosexuals to get married called “equality”? If marriage causes inequality why were homosexuals so determined to get access to legal marriage?
Healthcare is universally available. In fact you are required to purchase health insurance from corporations. Has Scott Adams heard of the Affordable Healthcare Act?
Or does he just hate black people? Because of marriage of course.
But without marriage, there would be enough money for everything you want.
Wait. You mean the reason I don’t have enough money to buy cocaine, hookers, a helicopter, a Lamborghini and a mansion on an island is because of marriage?
If there were no marriage everyone would have enough money to buy “everything” they want. Even homeless people?
Is Scott Adams really this stupid or is just trolling for attention?
