The newspaper advertisement claims this ordinance “Does NOT afford any special privileges for any group of people.”

I explain why this is not true.

All laws create a group of people with privilege at the expense of some other group of people.

Then I explain what the economy is and why the Federal Reserve can not prevent or fix the “bubbles” that occur.
