Fort Collins: We Have An Ordinance For That!

In the People’s Republic of Fort Kollins there are laws about the smoke that comes out of your chimney and what kind of wood you can burn. There are also laws about clearing snow from sidewalks. Laws which are totally ignored.

As laws should be.

I wonder if Fort Collins has an ordinance for gaps?
