Anarchy Moment 0093 – My Predictions For The Upcoming Ballot Issues In Colorado
In the Soviet Socialist State of Colorado for November 2014 there are four measure on the ballot.
Amendment 67: Definition of Person and Child
This is the Pro-Life movement trying to set the stage to make abortion illegal. Liberals argue against this amendment by saying it “allows government intrusion into the personal health care decisions on individuals and families and makes no exceptions for the privacy of the doctor-patient relationship.” These are the same people who support Obamacare. More evidence that left-wing statists are completely devoid of reasoning skills.
Outcome: Will not pass and will not be close.
Amendment 68: Horse Racetrack Casino Gambling
A corporation wants to build racetracks and make money. The amendment says only three counties in Colorado can have racetracks and only one racetrack per county. That’s how you know this is corporate welfare. It will also create a tax on gambling at the racetracks to go to public education. Because “the children”.
Outcome: This one is hard to call. On one hand it raises money for the children and the stupid people always fall for that. On the other had it’s blindingly obvious corporate welfare. I think it will fail, but it will be very close.
Proposition 104: School Board Meeting Requirements
Will require the teachers unions to negotiate in the open instead of behind closed doors.
Outcome: Will fail. The teachers union is one of the most powerful entities in the United States. This will go down in flames.
Proposition 105: Labelling Genetically Modified Food
Politicians pretending to understand science in order to pander to slaves pretending to understand science. Will create more bureaucracy and government spending.
Outcome: Also hard to call. The corporations are powerful but Colorado has lots of hippies. Either way I think this one will be close. I think it will fail however because ADM and Monsanto own more politicians than the dope smokers.
