You have over and over and over gone to the State and said “I can not make my own decisions. I do not know right from wrong. I need Obama and Bush to tell me right from wrong and to regulate my activity and to regulate the activity of other people.”

And this is what the State is doing. The State is doing what you have asked it to do. You have asked the State to regulate sexual activity. The State is regulating sexual activity.
